When you visit Permit Pro Solutions to apply for a lottery license, we’ll help ensure you have everything you need. If you obtained your beer and wine license through us, we will already have most of your information. However, you will need to bring:
- Your legal entity name (e.g., 123 Store, LLC or South 123, Inc.)
- Your Federal Identification Number (EIN) for your business
- Your Texas Sales Tax Number for your legal entity
- The location name and address where you’ll sell lottery tickets
- A reliable mailing address, cell phone number, and store phone number
- Original signatures from all members/officers of the legal entity (If any members live in another city, they can sign and mail the required forms to our office)
Additionally, you’ll need a copy of a void business check for the entity applying for the lottery license.
After You Are Approved:
Once your application is approved by the Texas Lottery Commission (which typically takes 2-4 weeks), you’ll be contacted by I.G.T. to schedule training and set up your lottery terminal. If you don’t hear from them after approval, you can contact their hotline at 800-000-00-00.
