  • Personal Details: Addresses and employer information for the last five years, as well as personal details about your spouse (if applicable) and any individuals over 18 living in your household.
  • Proof of Legal Status: Valid documentation, such as a Passport, Naturalization Certificate, or Green Card.

Additional Documentation Required

  • Lease Agreement: A copy of your lease and the landlord’s Federal Identification Number (EIN). If you are purchasing the property, bring the relevant purchase documents.
  • Investment Documentation: Proof of funds and the original source of your investment, such as personal bank statements or loan agreements.
  • Background Check: If you or your spouse have not lived in Texas for over one year, you will need to provide a background check from your previous state of residence.
